The Wright's Experience

Crafting something special takes time, care, and a little bit of magic. Here’s how we work with you to bring your vision to life:

1. Let’s Meet

Start with a complimentary consultation, in person or over video. We’ll talk about your ideas, whether it’s creating something new or remodelling a cherished piece, and discuss timelines, budget, and inspiration.

2. Design & Refine

We’ll take what we’ve learned and begin sketching. From there, we’ll present a concept along with stone options (if needed) — working closely with you to refine the design until it’s just right.

3. Handmade for You

Your piece is crafted by hand by our expert jewellers. Every detail is carefully considered. This stage usually takes 8–12 weeks, but we can accommodate tighter timeframes if needed.

4. The Final Touch

We’ll keep you updated throughout the journey. Once your piece is complete, you can collect it in-store or have it beautifully packaged and delivered to you.
