We will gladly exchange or issue store credit within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Items must be in original unused condition with all original packaging. We have the right to refuse returns on product that does not meet these requirements.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns, so please choose carefully.

Items purchased online can be exchanged in-store, or returned to us by post. Please email us info@wrightsjewellers.co.nz to raise an return/exchange request.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer (except if goods are faulty), and we do recommend sending items with a track and trace number.
Until your return has been received at Wrights Jewellers, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damages to your return parcel.
