We want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible, here's how it works.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is a flat $10.
We don't currently ship internationally, sorry! If you're overseas and keen on something, drop us an email and we'll see what we can do.
Dispatch & delivery
Once we've received payment, we'll get your order dispatched within 4 working days (this can stretch a little during busy periods, we'll let you know if that's the case).
You'll get an email as soon as it's shipped, with tracking so you can follow it the whole way.
Deliveries run Monday to Friday to the address you give us at checkout, so it's worth making sure someone's around to sign for it. We're not able to take responsibility for parcels that go missing or get damaged once they've been signed for, or if they're left somewhere without a signature, so having someone home to receive it really helps.

Prefer to skip the wait? Click & Collect is free and available from our store at 149 King Street, Pukekohe. Just select the free local pickup option at checkout, and we'll have it ready for you.
