We offer complimentary shipping for online orders over $200.00 throughout New Zealand. A $10.00 shipping fee applies for bulky orders under $300.00. Click & Collect will always be free.

The complimentary shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total is over the specified thresholds.

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Please note during busy periods this timeframe may be increase and orders will be dispatched the following day.

Most orders are received within 2 working days of being placed. We will advise you as soon as possible if there is a delay on an item you have ordered. Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for rural deliveries or can be delivered to the nearest post shop if more convenient.

You will receive an email once your order has dispatched, this will contain your tracking information. Simply click on the link and you will be able to keep an eye on it.

Click & Collect is available from our store at 149 King Street, Pukekohe.  Shop online and select the FREE local pickup option at the checkout.

Same day collection is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday.

Yes, we provide a range of jewellery repair services.  We are a manufacturing jeweller with an onsite workshop and our repairs are carried out to the highest standard.
