Is Wright’s Jewellers still family owned?
Yes, Wright’s Jewellers is still owned by the Wright family. Fourth-generation owner Rhian Wright, alongside her husband Benjamin Paul, are the current owners and managers of Wright’s Jewellers today.

Shipping
What is the shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping for online orders over $200.00 throughout New Zealand. A $10.00 shipping fee applies for bulky orders under $300.00. Click & Collect will always be free.
The complimentary shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total is over the specified thresholds.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are received within 2 working days of being placed. We will advise you as soon as possible if there is a delay on an item you have ordered. Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for rural deliveries or can be delivered to the nearest post shop if more convenient.
You will receive an email once your order has dispatched, this will contain your tracking information. Simply click on the link and you will be able to keep an eye on it.
How does Click & Collect work?
Click & Collect is available from our store at 149 King Street, Pukekohe. Shop online and select the FREE local pickup option at the checkout.
Can I pick up my Click & Collect on the same day that I placed the order?
Same day collection is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday.Â

Yes, Afterpay is available online.
Is interest free finance available?
Yes, interest free finance is available with Q Card and Gem Visa in store.
REPAIRS
Do you repair jewellery?
Yes, we provide a range of jewellery repair services. We are a manufacturing jeweller with an onsite workshop and our repairs are carried out to the highest standard.

Do you repair watches?
Yes, we provide a range of watch repair services. Our expertly trained team can assist with everything from watch battery replacements and pressure testing, through to major repairs and servicing.

Can I make and insurance claim through Wright’s Jewellers?
Absolutely, please email us at info@wrightsjewellers.co.nz or call into the store for more information on how to start the process.
Can you clean my jewellery for me?
Of course. Please bring your jewellery into the store and our team will be happy to assist you. We can also inspect your jewellery at the same time and advise on any repair requirements.
How can I best care for my jewellery?
Wright's Jewellers pieces are made with high quality precious materials. Each piece is made with love and great care, and if you treat it right, our jewellery can last a lifetime.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your Returns Policy?
We will gladly exchange or issue store credit within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Items must be in original unused condition with all original packaging.  We have the right to refuse returns on product that does not meet these requirements.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns, so please choose carefully.
Items purchased online can be exchanged in-store, or returned to us by courier.
We will gladly exchange or issue store credit within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Can sale items be exchanged or returned?
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I return an item?
Items purchased online can be exchanged in-store, or returned to us by courier. Â Please email us info@wrightsjewellers.co.nz to raise a return/exchange request.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer (except if goods are faulty), and we do recommend sending items with a track and trace number.
Until your return has been received at Wrights Jewellers, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damages to your return parcel.
