The G-Shock GA010-1A is a large, all-black analogue-digital G-Shock built for everyday toughness, with fewer battery changes. Its Carbon Core Guard structure uses a carbon fibre reinforced case to protect the module, and the case, bezel and band are made from bio-based materials for a reduced environmental impact.
Shock resistant and water resistant to 200 metres, it is ready for whatever the day brings. Analogue hands with Neobrite sit over a digital display, and a hand-shift feature moves them aside when you need a clear view. A large, easy-to-reach LED button activates the white Super Illuminator for 1.5 or 3 seconds, with afterglow.
Features include world time across 31 time zones with one-touch UTC, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a countdown timer, five daily alarms and a full auto-calendar to 2099. Accurate to within plus or minus 15 seconds a month, it runs on a CR2025 battery with a life of approximately ten years.
